This is something similar dish I had in a Thai restaurant. The key ingredient is Salted Plum ( Ume Boshi) and vegetables in this dish are not garnishes but they are good. I suppose you can make this dish with any kind of white meat fish.

Cover the skins of the turkey with olive oil. Basting with olive oil to assure the crispy skins during the roasing. I have used sage and thyme in the gravy. Salt preserved lemon certainly gave a good citrus flavor and paired well with herbs.

A whole Loup de Mer cooked with lemon and herbs inside. Its pure white flaky flesh bones off easily and maintain the moisture when cooked whole this way.
