Cover the skins of the turkey with olive oil. Basting with olive oil to assure the crispy skins during the roasing. I have used sage and thyme in the gravy. Salt preserved lemon certainly gave a good citrus flavor and paired well with herbs.

A whole Loup de Mer cooked with lemon and herbs inside. Its pure white flaky flesh bones off easily and maintain the moisture when cooked whole this way.
You can use either 500 degree oven or broiler but you really do not want to cook them, just apply heat so that the oysters are sweeter with more flavor. It is a raw oyster steamed with its own juice, if this makes sense. Continue reading
