Morel Mushroom and Egg Soup. $8 The texture of Morel Mushroom is very unique and fun to eat. Here is a recipe you can use for any kinds of mushrooms.
1/4 Ib Morel Mushroom
1 pc Garlic
1 T Sesame oil
1 T Sake (or white wine)
3 C Chicken or Vegetable Broth
1/2 t Soy sauce
1 Green Onion
1. Cut Morel Mushroom and Onion into large pieces
2. Heat sesame oil with chopped garlic.
3. Add Onion and sauté
4. Add Morel Mushroom and continue to sauté
5. Add Sake and Broth
6. Add soy sauce, salt and pepper
7. Add beaten egg slowly, top with chopped green onion
