Eggplant and Green Pepper goes well with Miso and Oil but keep it light.
1 Green pepper
10 Medium size Shrimp
2 T Sesame Oil
1 T Miso
1 T Mirin (Sweet Sake)
1 T Sake
1. Cut Eggplant and Green Pepper in 2 inch pieces. Clean Shrimps.
2. Stir fry Green Pepper, Eggplant and Shrimp adding in this order with high heat using 1T Sesame Oil.
3. Add remaining Sesame Oil, add Sauce and continue to cook a little more.
You can replace Mirin with 1 t of Honey and Sake with white wine.
