Spinach Egg Custard

It is so easy to make and great with a glass of white. You can up-grade this dish by using better cheese or mix of cheeses.

For Four:
2 bunch Spinach
1 Onion
1/4 C Carrots
5 Mushroom
1 Small Can Tuna
4 Eggs
1/2 C Melting cheese
3 T Butter
4 T Milk
Salt, Pepper

1. Wash Spinach well, cut into 2 inches long. Slice Onions, Cut Carrots in thin sticks, slice Mushrooms.
2. Melt Butter in a frying pan and sauté “1” and tuna meat.
3. Mix “2” with beaten eggs and milk.
4. Use any oven ware and top with cheese.
5. Bake at 375 F for about 30 to 35 min.
