It goes well with a glass of wine, too.
1/4 Ib Daikon
1/3 C Miso (preferably Haccho-miso)
2 T Sake
1 T Mirin
1 T Sugar
1 T Parmigiano Cheese
1 Egg yolk
2 t Olive Oil
1. Mix all ingredients in a pan, cook with low heat, and keep stirring till thicken.
2. Slice Daikon in about half inches and grill them with Olive Oil.
3. Spread sauce on Daikon. Dash with Mustard or Yuzu Kosho if you prefer.
