Chili Shrimp

Chili Shrimp. The recipe seems long but it is really simple and easy.

For two:
12 Shrimp
Marinating liquid for Shrimp
1/2 T Sake
1 Egg white
1 t Potato starch
2 t Salad oil
salt

2 g Garlic
2 g Ginger
25 g Green Onion
40 g Celery
1/2 t Doubanjiang paste
2 t Salad oil

Sauce:
1/2 C Dashi
2 T Ketchup
1 1/2 T Sake
2 t Soy sauce
1/2 t sugar
2 t Potato starch with 2t water
1 t Sesame oil

1. Peal Shrimp and take out the guts, clean and dry them with paper towel
2. Marinade Shrimp for 20 min.
3. Chop all the ingredients fine.
4. Fry Shrimp with oil.
5. Stir fry chopped up ingredients, add Doubanjiang paste and add sauce.
6. Add Shrimp, add potato starch with water and cook till thicken, add sesame oil at the end
