Vegetables & Gorgonzola cheese dip

Vegetables, Vegetables, a lot of good looking fresh vegetables are at the market. Asparagus, Brussels sprouts, fennel bulb, English peas and much more. Gorgonzola cheese dip is easy to whip up and so good to match well with a glass of white wine. Just add fresh ground black peppers and E.V.O.O. in Gorgonzola cheese and mash up, that’s all. Easy, isn’t it?

Some fresh, some steamed. I use a wok with a steamer mesh, place brussels sprouts and broccoli stalks on the bottom and start cooking with a lid on, then add broccoli flower and asparagus, cook some longer, peas only need seconds in the last minutes.
