Steam fried Shrimp and Asparagus.
1/2 bundle Asparagus
5 twigs Thyme
1 clove Garlic
2 T White Wine
2 T E.V.O.O.
1. Wash Shrimps with running water, Devein by making a cut from the back side through the shell half way, pull the vein out.
2. Put Shrimp and all other ingredients except Asparagus in a Zip-lock bag and marinade for 20 min.
3. Pat dry shrimp and sauté them both side with high heat.
4. Add Asparagus and stir them once, steam cook by add the marinade liquid, cover the pan and cook till all the liquid gone.
