A can of oil sardine is a must keep in the pantry. I know I have a big smile when I find a can of oil sardine in my pantry in the middle of a night when there is nothing in the fridge or too tired to cook something. Here is a few easy steps;
1. Open a can.
2. Place thin slices of onion or at least grated ginger on top.
3. A drop of soy sauce or two and throw it in an oven toaster.
It is done when oil is bubbling.
You can cook your own oil sardine with a pressure cooker, which you can keep them in the back of your refrigerator and use it like I’ve shown here.
