Thanksgiving Turkey 1

I started a preparation for this year’s Thanksgiving dinner about two and a half month ago. I prepared Salted Preserved Lemons and used it to marinade the turkey.
I marinated the turkey for a day and a half with this Salted Lemons inside and outside of the turkey and covered with herbs. On the day of Thanks Giving, I staffed the turkey with chunks of onions, apples, and leeks.
