Baked Cream Cauliflower

Pre-cook Cauliflower with cream, coriander, cumin and red pepper flakes. Then bake in the oven and finish with broiler. Right out of the oven, finish with Vinaigrette and Gremolata.
Mix lemon juice, Dijon mustard, red wine vinegar and E.V.O.O. to make Vinaigrette. Mix chopped parsley, lemon zest and garlic to make Gremolata.
