Chicken Noodle Soup

I know it is your mom’s or CamXXXL’s the best in your mind. It does warm you up and give all the body needs with vegetables, protein, and carbohydrate. It is easy to make for your loved one.

For four:
1 chicken breast meat
1/2 onion
1 carrot
1 celery
1/2 pack shimeji mushroom
1 clove garlic
1/6 Ib Spaghetti
4 C Chicken broth
1 T Olive Oil
1 Bay leaf
basil, salt, pepper

1. Cook chicken meat in chicken broth with a bay leaf. Once the meat is done, cut them into a bite size pieces.

2. Slice onion, celery, mushroom and carrots. Chop garlic fine.

3. Sauté vegetables with olive oil.

4. After vegetables are soft, add back chicken broth, chicken meat and basil.

5. Break spaghetti into 1/4 length and add to the pan and cook.
