1 whole tomato
2/3 C Chicken broth
salt, pepper, dried basil, E.V.O.O.
grated parmesan cheese, chopped parsley.
1. Put crosses on the top of stemmed whole tomato
2. Place the tomato in the baking ware and pour chicken broth into tomato. Sprinkle with dried basil, salt, pepper and E.V.O.O.
3. Bake in the oven at 400F for about 10 min. You can also use a toaster oven to bake. Top with grated parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
