Cook or almost stir fry Kale with Tomato and garlic is an easy dish you can whip up quickly.
A piece of baguette is great to dip the soup on the bottom.
1 bunch Kale
1 clove Garlic
2 T White wine
1 T E.V.O.O.
1. Separate leaves from Stem of Kale. Cut Tomato in chunks. Chop garlic fine.
2. Stir fry the leaves with E.V.O.O. and garlic in frying pan with high heat.
3. Add tomato and white wine. Cover with a lid and continue to cook till soften.
4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
You can also use the stems by slicing them thin and stir fry a bit longer if you prefer.
