Clam Soup

To celebrate the spring here is a soup with clam and flowering Yu Choy. It is a simple stock of Kombu (Kelp), Clam and a touch of Soy sauce. $6

Yu Choy

Yu Choy, Yu Choy Sin or known in many other names. The plant is tender when it is young and the stalk, green leaf and flower are all edible and good for soups, salads or familiar stir-fry dishes.
